The Hallburg estate presses a variety of top class wines from the varieties Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Rieslaner, Riesling, Traminer, Bacchus, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir.

 

Estate wines – the hearts of Franconia!

The Hallburg estate wines are known for their reliable, honest quality and straightforward style. They offer a natural fruitiness which complements even the simplest meal or a pleasant evening with friends. These wines are sold in bottles.

 

Vintage – the eternally moderns

Our vintage wines are full of the individualistic character of Riesling or Silvaner grapes, typical for the Hallburg castle slopes. The wine-making traditions of the Franconian region, the ground, weather and people involved add to the unique nature of these wines. The wines are sold in the characteristic Bocksbeutel bottles.

Star wines – visionary creations

Tradition, experience and state-of-the-art know-how contribute to form expressive wines with impressive density, body and unmistakable character. These premium wines can be measured only by superlatives and are sold in appropriately representative Burgundy bottles.

Sparkling wines – for that exciting tingle on the tongue

The estate's Secco is full of mild fruitiness and discrete tingly bubbliness. An invigorating bouquet makes this the ideal aperitif or accompaniment to a fruit-based dessert.

An intricate method of bottle fermentation is employed to transform the Hallburg wines into exciting sparkling wines. These range from tingly Riesling creations to fruity sparkling wines from the White Burgundy variety and a Blanc de Noir, which impresses with an intense fragrance and opulent luxury.
