The medieval Hallburg is situated two kilometers from the town of Volkach within a protective valley. It houses a cozy Franconian tavern, a favoured destination for many excursionists. The wine restaurant Schloss Hallburg is located directly next to the slopes belonging to Schloss Hallburg on which the vintage wines of the estate is grown. During the summer, music events take place in the large wine and beer garden below chestnut trees, acacias and lime trees on a weekly basis.
The famous cuisine is based on home-style cooking, but also permits culinary journeys to Southern-Mediterranean regions. In order to quench the thirst or just as enjoyment, wines from the Schönborn estates or a good hearty beer are available.

Apart from traditionally Franconian dishes, the historic restaurant also offers a modern, international cuisine. During summertime, wines from the Schönborn estates can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere sitting on the large garden terrace. Besides the cozy restaurant, the interior comprises rooms for festivities with up to 120 persons.

The Jagdhaus is situated within a wonderful environment in the Steigerwald in Prichsenstadt-Ilmbach near Kirchschönbach. There many hiking trails and a nature trail are inviting you to enjoy relaxing walks through the area. Due to the cozy rooms and the romantic forest terrace the Jagdhaus Ilmbach is a favoured destination of the local people and of the guests from the surrounding area. The restaurant is known for its game specialties. The festive day meals, too, are special culinary experiences. In any case, you should book in advance in order to get a seat. Of course, the Schönborn wines are offered.
